Richard, a real estate attorney by profession, founded the Wentworth Group which he grew into one of
the largest real estate management firms in the United States, servicing a portfolio of more than
200,000 units. In 2002 he sold his interest in Wentworth to a public company and returned to his
entrepreneurial roots as a real estate investor, developer and manager. Together with his partner Jeff
Goldstein, Richard runs Multifamily Management Services Inc., a property and asset management firm servicing a portfolio of about 30,000 units. Richard and Jeffrey have developed, redeveloped, acquired and managed market rate and affordable apartments, fractured and distressed condominiums, hotels, and commercial real estate. 2010 acquisitions include the 33 story Aria Condominiums in Philadelphia and apartment communities in Indianapolis, North Carolina, Mississippi, and Florida. Management engagements range from affordable properties to world class condominiums and cooperative buildings. Richard graduated with highest honors, suma cum laude, from Temple University and first in his class from Temple University School of law. He began his legal career at the law firm of Blank Rome LLP in
Philadelphia.

Jeffrey’s experience in real estate investment, management and development spans more than 32 years and includes all facets of real estate including market rate and affordable apartments, condominiums, office, hotel, retail and single family development. Since his graduation from Drexel University, Jeffrey has been a “hands on” real estate entrepreneur and management executive involved in more than 1,000,000,000 square feet of real estate properties including ground up construction, redevelopment and management. From GoldOller's Manhattan office and Multifamily Management Services' headquarters in Suffern (Rockland County) New York, Jeff supervises the extensive operations of the firms, including accounting, construction, asset and property management groups. Additionally, Jeffrey oversees the operations of affiliate companies Arco Management. and TUC Management. Jeffrey is widely regarded for his knowledge, professionalism and integrity.

As a founding member of GoldOller Real Estate Investments, LLC, Jake serves as Chief Operating Officer. In this role, he directs new investments for the GoldOller portfolio and oversees management operations for all investments. Hollinger has fifteen years of experience working with real‐estate investments, acquisitions, development, finance, and management, including most recently as a Vice President in the Development and Investment Group at Trammell Crow Company. Hollinger graduated from Harvard College with Honors and received his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Sam began his career at Grant Thornton, however, he quickly moved into private sector accounting with a concentrating on real estate development and management. His 30 year career includes service as Comptroller for the Philadelphia based Rouse Companies and Chief Financial Officer for the Wentworth Group. Sam currently serves as CFO for Goldoller and its affiliates.

Salvatore Mancini has over 40 years experience in the design, construction and management of multifamily projects. Mancini is a registered Architect in New York, Connecticut, Florida and the District of Columbia. Mancini’s background consists of a post graduate degree in Management Science (Construction Management) from the Polytechnic Institute of New York and a Bachelor of Administration from Iona College. He serves as the prime evaluator of potential projects in the areas of accessing immediate capital requirements regarding deferred maintenance, life safety and code deficiencies, and long term capital improvement projections.

Steve joined GoldOller in 2010. At GoldOller, Steve sources and evaluates new investment opportunities
and provides ongoing support for GoldOller’s current investments. Prior to joining GoldOller, Steve worked as an Analyst at BlueStone Real Estate Capital, where he supported a team of capital markets professionals. Iannaccone earned his B.S. with a double major in Real Estate & Urban Economics and Urban Community Studies from the University of Connecticut. While at UConn, Iannaccone served as Captain of the Men's Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field teams and helped lead them to 3 Big East Championships.
